Paying for bookings
For CONFIRMED BOOKINGS we need that rooms are fully paid with cash deposit or credit card. Cash payment in the currency that you have been quoted, has the advantage of saving in exchange rate conversions. Sometimes several exchanges may take place in a card transaction.

Extended stay cash pre-payments, will have a substantial, discount of min 10% UP TO 35% depending on the lenght of your stay plus the benefit of avoiding exchange rate fluctuations . With a credit card the total amount quoted in dollars or euros, will be transformed into pesos, then retransformed back into hard currency and then to your national currency, expect a diference of 15% or more, plus the exchange rate may vary from date of charge to date of collection ALWAYS AT BANK'S ADVANTAGE .
For cash prepayments we accept wires, money orders or cashier deposits to our representants in USA,Canada, Europe or directly to our accounts in Mexico. All bank fees on BOTH ends are the responsability of sender.
USA :Money orders or direct bank deposits have no charge on our end. Wires or money transfers have charge of $12 usd on our end . Please add it to the total rate fee.

CANADA: Canadians will now save wire or money order expenses by making deposit directly at any branch of our bank.

MEXICO: NO MONEY ORDERS. For wires the bank will transform the amount to pesos at the lowest exchange and then retransform it to dollars at highest rate. This will result in an aprox difference of 15% which is the responsability of guest PLUS THE BANK FEES. If the wire touches different terminals in the way to our branch there will be several fees. We will honor ONLY the net amount that is actually credited to our acc.
You may also choose to pay cash upon arrival but discount offered upon arrival will not be the same plus we will still need a credit card to guarantee your booking for the full amount without discounts . Card will be charged in full in NO SHOWS. If you choose this option please send booking format with credit card info and signature and be prepared to pay the whole amount cash upon arrival.
